(de la) Cruise x Rome

Last and final stop on our “De La” Cruise through the Mediterranean Sea was Rome ♥

The Vatican City, The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Bocca della Verita, Campo dei Fiori…

There were so many places and things we wanted to see, but unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of time in the city!

We had to stand in line to visit St. Peter’s Basilica for almost 2 hours(!!), which meant we didn’t have a lot of free time to wander through the city streets…

But I did get a really good first-hand impression of this beautiful city and it’s definitely a place I’ll visit again…

Danish: Rom var sidste stop på vores “De La” Cruise igennem middelhavet. Der var rigtig mange ting vi gerne ville se og besøge, men vi stod desværre i kø i næsten 2 timer for at se Skt. Peter’s kirken, som betød at vi ikke havde så meget tid til at se resten af byen!

Today’s Look x Florence

Next stop on our (de la) cruise was Florence… I did most of my power shopping in Barcelona and Rome, but in Florence I found this little old vintage shop, where I bought a vintage Chanel headband ♥

Ahhh… I could’ve bought the whole shop!

Look: Dress from Ganni, sunglasses from Gucci, flat sandals from Zara, vintage headband from Chanel and a Chanel clutch bag

Danish: Opdagede den fineste vintage butik, da vi var i Firenze, hvor jeg fandt en vintage Chanel hårbøjle ♥ Ahh… Jeg kunne havde købt mig fattig!

Back Again… From Vacation!

I’m back again…! But this time from a wonderful vacation, where we went (de la) cruzing through the Mediterranean Sea… We went to Barcelona, Cannes, Florence and Rome ♥

I’m back… Again!

Okay… So it’s been ten days since I last blogged!!!

I know some of you guys are thinking: “Hey… didn’t she write that she was back (Again!) like a couple of posts ago?!?”

To be honest… I really wanted to “be back on track”, but truth be told, I’ve been really busy with work (Got a lot of new responsibilties and the tasks that follows!) and my husband have been super busy with his firm, so there hasn’t been much time to blog with two kids and everything being coordinated by moi!

I actually wanted to close the blog, thinking: “It was fun, exciting and it was a great three months with a lot of followers!”… After ten days of thinking it through and made the decision to continue the blog!

Instead of blogging 1-2 times a day, I’ve told my self to slow down and blog 2-3 times a week!

I’d like to thank all of my followers, the sweet e-mails asking where I am and the people who’ve encouraged me to continue ♥

Now… I’m going on a Mediterranean cruise to Barcelona, Cannes, Florence and Rome to really relax and get my “mojo” back!

Tomorrow it’s been exactly two months since I wrote my very first blog post and thinking “Will anyone even notice my little blog?!”

Now… Two months later, I’ve now reached over 1.000 Likes, over 1.000 Followers and over 30.000 Views – That’s crazy!

I’m honored that so many have embraced my blog in such a short period of time!

It’s been such an emotional roller coaster… I’ve learned a lot about myself – It’s been very exciting and at times very hard & stressful!

But one thing is clear… I LOVE being able to express myself creatively through this blog and share what inspires me with you guys ♥

Streets Of Paris

The Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee, Louvre, Notre Dame, walking through the small streets, along the river, driving through at night watching the city lights… And the shops! OMG the shops… The special boutiques, the fashion, the atmosphere, the food and cafés, going to the baker in the morning buying fresh baguettes… Ahh Paris mon cheri amour ♥

Last summer I was in Paris with my kids and husband… And I absolutely LOVE that city! Of course I had my Canon camera with me – And besides taking snaps of the usual “See-my-shopping-bags”, monuments, cultural and gastronomic experiences.. I took some photos showing Paris from a different view!
